Not only that, but they kept me well-informed with every step of the process, making sure to email, call and even text. I am pleasantly surprised with how well this shop is run. This shop is the only place to take your BMW. Almost every car in the shop is German, and most are BMWs. The mechanics are knowledgeable and honest, and the prices are fair. Edward is a former master technician from momentum across the street so you can rest assured the work is quality; having a warranty included with the work makes coming here a no brainer. You can tell a lot about a business, especially a mechanic, not by what they charge you but what they don’t. Prior to discovering this shop, I had mechanics say a purge valve repair would be over $500. I brought the car to Edward and within moments told me this repair is covered by extended warranty at the dealership. He did not charge me for a repair despite having the option to. It’s this kind of honesty that I wish all mechanics had. Come here, your car will thank you.

I had a great experience! My thanks to you, Edward, and your entire team, including your folks in the front office. For anyone looking for an independent BMW shop, this is it! I am bit of a detailed (some might say "picky") customer. What I found in the entire team at Little Shop of Motors is that they are even pickier than I am and their attention to every little detail is phenomenal. They have the most advanced equipment available, as far as I could tell. While needing and getting work done on cars is never the most fun thing to do, they made the entire experience enjoyable! I highly recommend Little Shop of Motors!! And, last but not least, thanks for putting up with me!

Little Shop of Motors is one of the very best independent automotive shops especially for any foreign vehicles. Any service that the dealer can do, LSOM can do explicitly, excellently and at a very fair price. So, all of you Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Ferrari and any other foreign car owners (especially for an oil change and for your oil change indicator to be reset without going to the dealership) this is the automotive shop to go to. I'd give this shop 10 out of 10 if it was possible. :)

Little Shop of Motors is my go-to place for my car repairs. I brought my Mercedes-Benz CLS55 AMG to Edward's shop because the check engine light came on. A few days later he let's me know the car is done. I was surprised there was no charge. The repair must have been done under warranty of previous work, or something simple that he felt no charge was fine. What I want to emphasize, is the honesty in which this business operates.
